Refund Policy

Due to the nature that all orders are custom made, there will be NO REFUNDS. Once placing an order from Actually Pressed there won't be any refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

The only exception is if Actually Pressed is at fault of wrongful nail errors. 

When Actually Pressed obtains the sizes of the nails needed to create the nails, any sizing error made by customer. Actually Pressed is not responsible.

All photos are taken under studio light and occasionally natural light; Colors may be subject to look slightly different than photos.

Shipping Policy

Processing time is 5-10 business days from the time sizing is provided. IF you are purchasing a sizing kit, the 5-10 business days do not start until you have informed Actually Pressed of your sizing. A photo of sizing kits can be sent via Instagram, @actuallypressed Email, pressons@actuallypressed.com Number, 336-833-7993 

We ship through USPS, 3-5 days is standard shipping time. You receive tracking to the email you provide. Once the package has been marked as scanned in facility, Actually Pressed is NOT responsible for the package.
